2022 UK SPEEDWAY TOUR
That's right! I visited every track in the UK and watched at least one speedway match. Why would I do this?
When I was a kid, my Dad would take my brother and me to Speedway all over the UK. It was part of our family, it was in our blood, it was a massive part of our lives. Our Speedway Obsession started way back in 1964 when Dad first visited Wimbledon. He was hooked instantly, and he passed that obsession on to his kids.
We would visit every track in the UK at least once a year, touring the north, touring the south-west and all the tracks in between! Unfortunately, he passed away from Pancreatic Cancer in the summer of 2021, but his legacy hasn't died. It lives on in his children. It's time to complete what we started...
Join me as I jump on my bike and travel around the UK to take in what the British tracks offer. From Glasgow to Scunthorpe, from Manchester to Poole. I left no stone unturned.
Speedway is a beautiful sport. It's an exciting sport, it's easily one of the greatest sports in the world, and I want to show you all why.
I refuse to accept Speedway's decline. I reject the idea our sport will perish. This great sport has far too much to offer for that to happen. Speedway will rise again, let's show the public what it really has to offer!
